General Information
- Classes meet ONCE per week.
- Each class lasts 50 minutes.
- Children should wear loose fitting clothing and sneakers and bring a water bottle. Please no sandals or dress shoes.
- All equipment is provided.
- Payment should be made before the start of second class of the session.
- T-shirts will be provided to new and paid registrants in Week 3 of the session.
